Terms of Service
Last updated:
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the agreement between you and Kit And Crest, 13924 Mansa Drive, La Mirada, CA 90638, US (“Kit And Crest”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use kitandcrest.shop and when you buy anything from us, including personalised kit. By browsing the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms and the policies they link to. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
The essentials
- We sell cycling and running kit and accessories to individuals and small groups of friends, for personal use.
- Prices are shown before you pay. Shipping is free to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and orders ship from the USA.
- Personalisation is printed exactly as you type it. No proof or mockup is sent before production.
- We cannot print real team, club, race, event, brand or rider names, logos or trademarks.
- You can cancel or change an order within 24 hours, and return any item within 60 days of delivery.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
- Questions go to support@kitandcrest.shop.
Who can use the site and how
You may use kitandcrest.shop to browse our cycling jerseys, running tops, shorts and leggings, caps, socks and gear, and hoodies and warm-ups, and to buy them for yourself, your family or friends. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms for you. Youth sizes are for children to wear; the order must be placed by an adult.
Your account
If you create an account in My Account, keep your login details private and keep your email address up to date, because that is where order confirmations and replies from us go. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. If you think someone else has used it, email us straight away.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. That means no attempts to break or test its security, no automated scraping beyond normal search engine crawling, no fraudulent orders, no interfering with other customers, and no use of the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend access or cancel orders connected with misuse.
The kit we sell and how we describe it
We describe each product on its own product page: the design, the sizes and sleeve lengths available, the price and any personalisation options. Fabric and care details are listed on each product page; if something you want to know is not there, ask us before you order and we will answer by email.
Photos and colours
Product photos show the all-over printed design. Screens display colours differently, so the printed colour of your item may look slightly different in daylight than on your phone. The live preview on personalised products shows roughly where your name and number sit over the product photo while you type; it is a guide, not an exact proof of the finished print.
Sizing
We list sizes for every product: Adult XS to 3XL on jerseys and tees, XS to 2XL on singlets, shorts and leggings, S to 3XL on hoodies and warm-up layers, Youth S to XL on youth kit, S/M and L/XL on crew socks, and one size for the cap, bottle and tote. We do not publish numeric measurements. Our Size Guide explains how to choose by comparing with kit you already own. Choosing a size is your decision, and a size that does not suit you is covered by our 60-day returns.
No performance promises
We sell printed kit for riding, running and everyday wear. We do not promise any athletic, technical or protective performance from a garment. Ride and run safely, follow the rules of the road and any event you take part in, and wear the safety equipment those activities call for.
Personalisation rules
Five of our products can be personalised on the product page: a name on the back (up to 14 characters, printed in capitals), a number on the back from 0 to 99, optional crest initials (up to 3 letters), a lettering colour, and on the group ride jersey an optional group or ride name on the side panel. The race day tee also offers an optional gift message for the packing slip. Optional add-ons show their price next to the field and are charged only when you fill them in.
We print what you type
We do not send a proof or mockup before production. The text you enter at checkout is the text we print, including spelling, spacing and whether you chose 7, 07 or 0. If you type CHRISTOPER when you meant CHRISTOPHER, that is what will appear on the back of the jersey. Check every field before you pay. If you spot a mistake within 24 hours of ordering, email us and we will correct it; see Cancel or Change an Order.
What you may not ask us to print
By entering personalisation, you confirm that you have the right to use the text and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We cannot print:
- the names, logos, crests or trademarks of real teams, clubs, races, events, brands or apps;
- the names of well-known riders or athletes, or anything suggesting their endorsement;
- text that is offensive, hateful, harassing, defamatory or unlawful.
Our designs are generic, and personalisation is for your own name, a number and your own initials or group name. If an order breaks these rules, we will email you to suggest a change. If we cannot agree one, we cancel the order and refund it in full. Our Intellectual Property Policy explains more.
Prices, orders and payment
Prices
Prices are shown on each product page and confirmed at checkout before you pay. Some options change the price: 2XL and 3XL jerseys and tees cost $3 more, long sleeve costs $6 more than short sleeve where both are offered, and personalisation add-ons cost the amount shown beside them. Each item has its own price; there are no bundle or bulk discounts. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
Taxes and import charges
Our checkout does not add sales tax. For orders delivered to Canada, Australia or New Zealand, import duties or taxes depend on the destination country and its rules. If you are unsure, contact us before you order.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown. We accept that offer when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot verify payment, cannot deliver to the address, suspect fraud, find a clearly wrong price on the site, or the personalisation breaks the rules above. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full.
Payment
You agree to pay the total shown at checkout using one of the payment methods available there. The methods offered at checkout are the ones available at the time; see Payment Methods. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose, and we do not store full card numbers.

Our content and what you send us
Our designs, photos and words
The Kit And Crest name and logo, our product designs, photos and the text on this site belong to Kit And Crest or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share links to our pages for personal use. You may not copy, resell or reproduce our designs or content without our written permission. To report a concern about content on our site, see our DMCA page.
Messages and photos you send
When you email us, for example with a photo of a problem with your order, you give us permission to use that message and photo to handle your request. We do not publish customer photos. Photos you email us are deleted 30 days after delivery, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and its limits
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, such as missing an event because a parcel arrived late. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and they do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, customs holds or outages at service providers. If one of these affects your order, we will tell you and help you choose between waiting, changing the order or a refund.
Law, disputes and changes
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. If you live outside California, this does not take away any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
Resolving a problem
If something goes wrong, please email us first. Most issues with kit, sizing, delivery or refunds can be solved quickly by email, and contacting us does not affect any other right you have, including with your bank or payment provider.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add products or change how we work. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the most recent change.
If part of these Terms cannot be enforced
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest of the Terms still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
