How the store is laid out

Kit And Crest is organised in three layers. The shop and its six collections hold the products. My Account holds your orders once you have bought something. The support and policy pages hold every rule and number that applies to an order, written out in full. Most visits only need one layer, but a first order usually touches all three: browse a collection, check the size guide, then read the shipping and returns pages before you pay.

What each collection is for

Cycling Jerseys is the heart of the catalogue. Many designs come in short sleeve and long sleeve, with the long sleeve version costing $6 more. Running Tops does the same job for runners, with running tees, singlets and long sleeve tees, and some design families run across both collections so a rider and a runner can wear matching prints. Shorts & Leggings completes a kit from the waist down. Caps, Socks & Gear holds the small items that finish a kit or make an easy gift. Hoodies & Warm-Ups covers the time before the start and after the finish, including the Cafe Stop Zip Hoodie. Custom Name & Crest gathers the five products that carry personalisation fields, so you do not have to hunt for them across the store.

What the support pages are for

The support pages answer questions about an order from start to finish. The Help Center is the hub and links to all of them. The FAQs give the short version. Order Tracking, Cancel or Change an Order, Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchanges and the Refund Policy each cover one stage of an order in detail. Submit a Ticket and Contact Us are the two ways to reach us by email.

What the policy pages are for

The policy pages set out the binding terms. The Terms of Service covers the agreement when you buy. The Privacy Policy explains what details we keep and for how long. The Intellectual Property Policy and the DMCA page explain why we only print generic designs and how a rights holder can contact us. Payment Methods explains how checkout payment works without listing brands, because the methods shown at checkout are the ones available.

Finding your way for common tasks

Building a matching kit

Pick the design family first, then collect the pieces. For example, the Chevron Sprint Cycling Jersey is in Cycling Jerseys, the Chevron Sprint Running Shorts are in Shorts & Leggings, and the Chevron Sprint Crew Socks are in Caps, Socks & Gear. Open each one, choose its size, and add it to your cart. Each piece has its own price and there is no bundle discount, but everything arrives on one order at one address.

Finding a personalised item

Go to Custom Name & Crest. Each product there lets you add a name on back of up to 14 characters, printed in capitals, a number from 0 to 99, optional crest initials of up to 3 letters, and a lettering colour: Volt Yellow, White, Carbon Black or Cobalt Blue. The group ride jersey adds an optional group or ride name on the side panel, and the race day tee an optional gift message for the packing slip. Optional fields show their add-on price and are charged only when filled. A live preview shows your name and number as you type, and we print exactly what you enter with no proof or mockup first.

Choosing a size

Open the Size Guide before you add anything to your cart. It explains how to choose by comparing with a top you already own, the size range for each product type, and the difference between race fit (size down for a closer feel) and club fit (your usual size for a relaxed feel). It also covers youth sizes for the kids running tee and kids cycling jersey and the two sock bands, S/M and L/XL.

Ordering for an event

Before you order for a charity ride, a fun run or a first triathlon, read Shipping & Delivery. Preparation takes 1-3 business days and transit takes 7-14 business days to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Count back from your event using the longest end of both ranges. Shipping is free with no minimum, and every order ships from the USA. If time is tight, email us before ordering.

After you have ordered

Your order confirmation email has your order number. Use it in My Account or on Order Tracking to see the status. If a size, sleeve length, spelling or address needs changing, go to Cancel or Change an Order and email us within 24 hours of placing the order. After that the order is in production.

Sending something back

Go to Returns & Exchanges for the steps. You have 60 days, personalised items included, with a free return label and no restocking fee. For the money side, go to the Refund Policy: we refund within 7 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method, and store credit that never expires is available on request.

Questions about names, logos and designs

If you were hoping to print a team, club, race, event, brand or app name or logo, or a well-known rider’s name, read the Intellectual Property Policy first. We cannot print them. If you hold rights in a design and believe something on the store uses your work, the DMCA page explains what to send us.

Ordering with friends for a group ride

If four friends want the Custom Group Ride Cycling Jersey for a charity ride, each with their own name and the same group name, start in Custom Name & Crest and have each rider place their own order. Each order ships to one address, so separate orders let everyone choose their own size, check their own spelling and receive their jersey at home. We sell to individuals and small groups of friends; there is no bulk programme or group discount.

Sending a gift to someone else

Choose the item, then enter the recipient’s name and address as the delivery address at checkout and your own email for the confirmation. A water bottle and a pair of crew socks for a runner in Canada, for example, travel on one order to their door. Delivery is free to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If the gift is not right, the recipient can still use the 60-day return.
