This is where the name of the store comes from: kits that carry your own name and your own crest. Five products have built-in personalisation fields on the product page, so you can add your details while you choose a size, with no extra forms and no emails needed.

How the fields work

• Name on back: up to 14 characters, printed in capitals.
• Number on back: any number from 0 to 99, where the product offers it.
• Crest initials: up to 3 letters for your own small crest; its add-on price is shown next to the field and charged only when you fill it in.
• Lettering colour: Volt Yellow, White, Carbon Black or Cobalt Blue.
• On the group ride jersey, an optional group or ride name for the side panel, with its own add-on price only when used.

A live preview shows the name and number on the product photo as you type. We print exactly what you type and we do not send a proof before production, so check the spelling. Spotted a mistake? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will change it (see Cancel or Change an Order).

What we cannot print. Real team, club, race, event, brand or rider names and logos are trademarks we do not use. Your own name, your number and your own initials are all yours. Personalised items follow the same 60-day returns as everything else.

Every order is prepared in 1-3 business days and ships free from the USA to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, usually arriving in 7-14 business days. Changed your mind? You have 60 days to send it back with a free return label, and the refund is issued within 7 days of the return reaching us (see Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges).
