This Shipping & Delivery policy explains how Kit And Crest gets an order from checkout to your door, what delivery costs, how long it usually takes to reach the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and what to do if a parcel runs late or arrives in poor shape. It covers every order placed on kitandcrest.shop. If something here does not answer your question, email support@kitandcrest.shop and we reply within 24 hours on business days.
\n
\n
Delivery in one look
\n
\n
Cost: free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend and no code to enter.
\n
Where we deliver: the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand only.
\n
Where orders ship from: Kit And Crest orders ship from the USA.
\n
Getting ready: 1-3 business days to prepare your order before it leaves us.
\n
On the road: 7-14 business days in transit to all four countries.
\n
Changes: email us within 24 hours of placing your order to change the address or anything else.
\n
Order status: check it any time in My Account or on the Order Tracking page, or email us for an update.
\n
\n
\n
From checkout to your door: the three stages
\n
Every Kit And Crest order goes through the same three stages. Knowing them helps you plan around a race weekend, a charity ride or a birthday.
\n
Stage 1: your order is placed
\n
As soon as your payment goes through, you receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Keep that email. It lists the products, sizes, sleeve lengths and any personalisation you entered, such as the name on back, back number, crest initials and lettering colour. Read it once more while it is fresh. If anything is wrong, you have 24 hours from the time you placed the order to email us and ask for a change. Our Cancel or Change an Order page explains exactly what we can adjust in that window.
\n
Stage 2: we prepare your order
\n
Preparing an order takes 1-3 business days. Business days run Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays. An order placed on a Friday evening or over a weekend starts its count on the next business day. Personalised pieces are printed with exactly what you typed into the product fields, because we do not send a proof or mockup before production. That is why the 24-hour change window matters: once preparation is under way, the text you entered is the text that goes on the kit.
\n
Stage 3: your parcel is on its way
\n
Once your order leaves us, transit takes 7-14 business days to addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The same range applies to all four countries, so a parcel to Auckland or Perth may take as long as the full 14 business days, while a parcel within the USA can arrive sooner. These are estimates for planning, not guaranteed delivery dates.
\n
What delivery costs and how long it takes
\n
Shipping is free on every order to the four countries we serve. There is no minimum order value, no coupon and no extra charge for heavier orders. A single pair of crew socks ships free, and so does a full matching kit of jersey, running shorts, socks and a sport cap. The table below shows the cost and the time ranges by destination. The total estimate is simply the preparation time plus the transit time.
\n
\n
Kit And Crest shipping cost and delivery estimates by destination
\n
\n
\n
Destination
\n
Shipping cost
\n
Preparation
\n
Transit
\n
Total estimate
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
United States
\n
Free, no minimum
\n
1-3 business days
\n
7-14 business days
\n
8-17 business days
\n
\n
\n
Canada
\n
Free, no minimum
\n
1-3 business days
\n
7-14 business days
\n
8-17 business days
\n
\n
\n
Australia
\n
Free, no minimum
\n
1-3 business days
\n
7-14 business days
\n
8-17 business days
\n
\n
\n
New Zealand
\n
Free, no minimum
\n
1-3 business days
\n
7-14 business days
\n
8-17 business days
\n
\n
\n
\n
Checkout only offers delivery to these four countries. If your address is somewhere else, checkout will not show a shipping option and the order cannot be completed. You are welcome to email us to ask whether that may change, but we cannot ship outside the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand today.
\n
Planning around race day and ride dates
\n
Most of our customers have a date in mind: a charity ride, a fun run, a club ride with a new matching kit, or a long run Sunday with friends. Work backwards from that date and use the top of each range, not the bottom.
\n
A quick way to count
\n
\n
Take your event date.
\n
Count back 17 business days. That covers the longest preparation time plus the longest transit time.
\n
Add a few more days of buffer for public holidays in your area and to try the kit on before the day.
\n
Place your order on or before that date.
\n
\n
Example: a parcel to Australia or New Zealand before a race weekend
\n
Say you are in Wellington and want a Split Times Running Singlet for a race weekend. Preparation can take up to 3 business days and transit up to 14 business days, so the parcel may need the full 17 business days. That is well over three calendar weeks once weekends are counted. Ordering a month ahead gives you room to breathe and time to run in the new singlet before race day. The same logic applies to Canada and to longer distances inside the United States.
\n
Example: a group of riders ordering for a charity ride
\n
Four friends order the Custom Group Ride Cycling Jersey for a charity ride. Each one enters their own name on back, the same group or ride name on the side panel, and their own size. Each friend places a separate order to their own home address. Every order follows its own preparation and transit time, so the four parcels may arrive on different days. If the jerseys must all be in hand before a set date, place all four orders early and on the same day.
\n
Getting the address right
\n
Most delivery problems start with a small address error. Before you pay, check:
\n
\n
the full name of the person receiving the parcel;
\n
the street number and street name, spelled as the local post office spells them;
\n
the apartment, unit or suite number, if there is one;
\n
the city or suburb, state, province or region, and the postal code;
\n
the country, which must be the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
\n
\n
If you spot a mistake
\n
Email support@kitandcrest.shop within 24 hours of placing the order with your order number and the correct address. Inside that window we update it for you. After 24 hours the order may already be in preparation or on its way, and we cannot promise that an address can still be changed. Contact us anyway and we will help where we can.
\n
Sending a gift to a different address
\n
You can ship to any address in the four countries, even if it is not your billing address. For example, you might buy a Kit Crest Printed Water Bottle and a pair of Chevron Sprint Crew Socks as a birthday gift for a runner in Canada and send them straight to her door. Enter her name and address in the shipping fields and your own email at checkout, so the order emails come to you and the surprise stays a surprise.
\n
Orders with several items
\n
An order can contain anything from one cap to a full kit. A matching kit, such as the Chevron Sprint Cycling Jersey with Chevron Sprint Running Shorts and Chevron Sprint Crew Socks, often contains items that are prepared separately. Items in one order may therefore reach you in more than one parcel and on different days. You never pay extra for that, because shipping is free on every order. If one parcel has arrived and you are waiting on the rest, check your order status first. If the remaining items have not turned up by the end of the estimated range, email us with your order number and we will look into it.
\n
Following your order while it travels
\n
Your order status is always available in My Account if you created an account at checkout, or on our Order Tracking page using your order number and the email address you used to order. The status shows whether your order is still being prepared or has been completed and sent. For more detail, email us with your order number and we will give you an update on where your order stands.
\n
If your confirmation email has not arrived, check your spam or promotions folder first. Order emails come from our store address and sometimes land in a filter. If you still cannot find them, contact us and we will confirm your order details.
\n
When a parcel is late, missing or damaged
\n
Most parcels arrive inside the estimated range. Occasionally one does not, and we would rather hear about it early than late.
\n
Late or missing parcels
\n
If your order has passed the end of the total estimate for your country and nothing has arrived, email support@kitandcrest.shop with your order number, the delivery address and a short note of what you have seen so far. Contact us and we will help: we check the order on our side, look into where the parcel is and tell you what happens next for your situation.
\n
Marked as delivered but not found
\n
Before you write to us, look around the delivery point, check with neighbours, building reception or a parcel room, and ask anyone else at the address. Parcels are sometimes left in a safe spot out of sight. If it is still missing, email us with your order number and we will help you from there.
\n
Arrived damaged or not right
\n
If a parcel arrives damaged, or an item inside is not what you ordered, keep the packaging and take clear photos of the outer packaging, the label and the item. Email them to us with your order number. Contact us and we will help. Photos you send us for a problem like this are deleted 30 days after delivery.
\n
Changed your mind after delivery
\n
If the parcel arrives safely but the size or style is not right, that is a return, not a shipping problem. You have 60 days to return it, the store pays the return postage with a free return label, and refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the return. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy for the steps.
\n
Crossing borders: Canada, Australia and New Zealand
\n
Kit And Crest orders ship from the USA. A parcel going to Canada, Australia or New Zealand crosses a border, and the destination country may apply import duties, taxes or customs fees. Duties depend on the destination country, its current rules and the value of the order. If you have a question about duties for your order, contact us before you buy and we will help. Customs checks can also add time to a parcel’s journey, which is one more reason to order early before an event.
\n
Holidays, weekends and busy weeks
\n
Preparation and transit are counted in business days, so weekends and public holidays do not count. Around major holidays, delivery networks in all four countries carry more parcels than usual, and a parcel may sit at the slower end of the 7-14 business day range. If you are shopping for a holiday gift or a New Year fun run, order well before the last week. Our email support also works on business days, so a message sent on a Saturday is answered within 24 hours of the next business day starting.
\n
Talk to us about your delivery
\n
We handle all support by email. Write to support@kitandcrest.shop and put your order number in the subject line so we can find your order straight away. Tell us the country you are shipping to and, if you have a date in mind, when you need the parcel. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
