Kit And Crest is an online store for all-over printed cycling and running kit, with a small set of products you can personalise with your own name, number and crest initials. This page explains what we sell, how the designs and personalisation work, what we will and will not do, and the commitments that sit behind every order.</p>\n<section class=\"policy-summary\">\n<h2>Kit And Crest in short</h2>\n<ul>\n<li>An online store selling all-over printed cycling jerseys, running tops, shorts, leggings, socks, caps, bottles, totes and warm-up layers.</li>\n<li>Five personalised products with a name on back, a number from 0 to 99 and optional crest initials, plus a live preview as you type.</li>\n<li>Free shipping with no minimum to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; orders ship from the USA.</li>\n<li>Processing in 1-3 business days, then 7-14 business days in transit.</li>\n<li>60-day returns with a free return label, refunds within 7 days of receiving the return.</li>\n<li>Email support at <a href=\"mailto:support@kitandcrest.shop\">support@kitandcrest.shop</a>, answered within 24 hours on business days.</li>\n</ul>\n</section>\n<h2>What Kit And Crest does</h2>\n<p>We design and sell sportswear for people who ride and run for the love of it: weekend road and gravel riders, commuters, run clubs, charity-ride and fun-run groups, first-time triathletes and the friends who want everyone on the start line in the same colours. Our customers are individuals and small groups of friends. We do not run a team-uniform programme or offer bulk pricing; each item has its own price, and that price is the same whether you buy one or six.</p>\n<p>The store is online only. Kit And Crest operates from 13924 Mansa Drive, La Mirada, CA 90638, US, and every order ships from the USA. We do not have a shop front or showroom, and we do not take orders by phone. Everything happens through the site and by email.</p>\n<h3>Who tends to shop with us</h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A rider who wants a jersey with her own name on the back for the season&#8217;s big club ride.</li>\n<li>A group of four friends ordering matching jerseys for a charity ride, each in their own size, each shipped to their own home.</li>\n<li>A runner building a matching kit of a top, shorts and socks in one design for race day.</li>\n<li>Someone shopping for a birthday gift for a cyclist or runner, often with a bottle and socks added and the parcel sent straight to the recipient.</li>\n<li>A parent buying a youth-sized jersey or running tee for a kid who has just started riding or running with the family.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The range, collection by collection</h2>\n<p>The catalogue is split into six collections so you can find a piece fast. Each product page shows its own price, the sizes it comes in, and where both are offered, short sleeve and long sleeve options.</p>\n<table>\n<caption>Kit And Crest collections and what they contain</caption>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"col\">Collection</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">What you will find</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Sizes offered</th>\n</tr>\n</thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><a href=\"/collections/cycling-jerseys/\">Cycling Jerseys</a></td>\n<td>All-over printed jerseys, many in short sleeve or long sleeve, plus a kids cycling jersey</td>\n<td>Adult XS to 3XL; Youth S to XL on the kids jersey</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td><a href=\"/collections/running-tops/\">Running Tops</a></td>\n<td>Running tees, running singlets, long sleeve running tees and a kids running tee</td>\n<td>Tees XS to 3XL; singlets XS to 2XL; Youth S to XL</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td><a href=\"/collections/custom-name-crest/\">Custom Name &amp; Crest</a></td>\n<td>The five personalised products: jerseys, a singlet and a race day tee</td>\n<td>As listed on each product</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td><a href=\"/collections/shorts-leggings/\">Shorts &amp; Leggings</a></td>\n<td>Running shorts and printed leggings to pair with a top in the same design</td>\n<td>XS to 2XL</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td><a href=\"/collections/caps-socks-gear/\">Caps, Socks &amp; Gear</a></td>\n<td>Crew socks, a sport cap, a printed water bottle and a tote bag</td>\n<td>Socks S/M and L/XL; cap, bottle and tote one size</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td><a href=\"/collections/hoodies-warm-ups/\">Hoodies &amp; Warm-Ups</a></td>\n<td>A pullover hoodie, the Cafe Stop Zip Hoodie and a crew sweatshirt for before and after</td>\n<td>S to 3XL</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<p>On jerseys and tees, sizes 2XL and 3XL cost $3 more than the smaller sizes, and long sleeve costs $6 more than short sleeve where both are offered. The price shown on the product page updates as you choose, so what you see before you add to cart is what you pay for that item.</p>\n<h2>How our designs are put together</h2>\n<p>Our artwork is our own: stripes, chevrons, checkers, colour bands and a simple crest shape, arranged so that a jersey, a pair of shorts and a pair of socks in the same design look like they belong together. The Chevron Sprint pattern, for example, runs across a cycling jersey, running shorts and crew socks, so you can build a matching kit piece by piece. The Retro Checker Cycling Jersey takes a different direction, with a bold checker layout that reads well from the back of a group ride.</p>\n<p>Every design is all-over printed, which means the artwork covers the garment rather than sitting in a small panel. The fabric and care details for each item are listed on its product page. If something you need to know is not there, email us and ask before you order; we would rather answer a question than have you guess.</p>\n<h3>What we do not design</h3>\n<p>We do not make copies of real team kits, and we do not print team, club, race, event, brand, app or famous rider names or logos. That rule keeps your kit free of someone else&#8217;s trademark and keeps our designs genuinely ours. Our <a href=\"/intellectual-property-policy/\">Intellectual Property Policy</a> explains the reasoning in more detail.</p>\n<h3>Race fit or club fit</h3>\n<p>We do not make two different cuts of each top. &#8220;Race fit&#8221; and &#8220;club fit&#8221; are simply how you choose your size: pick your usual size or the smaller one if you like a closer feel, or size up if you prefer a relaxed fit for a café stop. The easiest way to decide is to compare against a top you already own and like. The <a href=\"/size-guide/\">Size Guide</a> walks through how to do that.</p>\n<h2>Personalisation, field by field</h2>\n<p>Five products carry built-in personalisation fields: the Custom Name and Crest Cycling Jersey, the Custom Group Ride Cycling Jersey, the Custom Kids Name Cycling Jersey, the Custom Name Running Singlet and the Custom Race Day Running Tee. The fields sit on the product page above the add-to-cart button, and a live preview shows your name and number over the product photo as you type.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Name on back:</strong> up to 14 characters, printed in capitals.</li>\n<li><strong>Number on back:</strong> any number from 0 to 99. &#8220;7&#8221; and &#8220;07&#8221; are printed as typed, so choose the one you want to see.</li>\n<li><strong>Crest initials:</strong> up to 3 letters, optional. The add-on price is shown beside the field and charged only when you fill it in.</li>\n<li><strong>Lettering colour:</strong> a choice of four colours from the drop-down list on the product page.</li>\n<li><strong>Group or ride name:</strong> on the group ride jersey only, an optional side-panel name with its own add-on price, charged only when filled.</li>\n<li><strong>Gift message:</strong> on the race day tee, an optional message printed on the packing slip, not on the garment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>We print exactly what you type</h3>\n<p>There is no proof or mockup step before production. Whatever is in the fields when you place the order is what goes on the garment. If you type CHRISTOPER instead of CHRISTOPHER, that is how it will be printed, so read your fields twice before you check out. If you spot a mistake within 24 hours of placing the order, email us and we will fix it. After that, the order follows the normal return route. The <a href=\"/cancel-change-order/\">Cancel or Change an Order</a> page has the details.</p>\n<h2>The commitments behind every order</h2>\n<p>These numbers are the same on every page of this site, and they apply to every product, personalised items included.</p>\n<table>\n<caption>Kit And Crest order commitments</caption>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"col\">Commitment</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">What it means for you</th>\n</tr>\n</thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Processing</td>\n<td>Your order is prepared in 1-3 business days before it ships</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Delivery</td>\n<td>7-14 business days in transit to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Shipping cost</td>\n<td>Free, with no minimum order</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Cancel or change</td>\n<td>Email us within 24 hours of placing the order</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Returns</td>\n<td>60 days, any reason, with a free return label and no restocking fee</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Refunds</td>\n<td>Within 7 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Store credit</td>\n<td>Available on request instead of a refund, and it never expires</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Support</td>\n<td>Email replies within 24 hours on business days</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<h3>Plan around the calendar</h3>\n<p>Processing plus transit means an order can take a few weeks to reach you, and a parcel to Australia or New Zealand can use the full 14 business days in transit. If you are ordering for a race weekend or a charity ride date, order early. The <a href=\"/shipping-delivery/\">Shipping &amp; Delivery</a> page sets out the timing by destination, and the <a href=\"/order-tracking/\">Order Tracking</a> page shows how to check the status of an order.</p>\n<h3>Returns that do not punish you for trying</h3>\n<p>Sizing kit online is never perfect. If a Retro Checker Cycling Jersey arrives and you have changed your mind, you have 60 days to send it back with a free return label, and we refund you within 7 days of receiving it. That applies to personalised items too. The <a href=\"/returns-exchanges-policy/\">Returns &amp; Exchanges Policy</a> and <a href=\"/refund-policy/\">Refund Policy</a> cover the steps and the money side.</p>\n<h2>Gifts, groups and matching kit</h2>\n<p>A lot of what we send out is bought for someone else, or bought together with friends. The store is set up to make both easy without any special programme.</p>\n<h3>Buying for a cyclist or runner</h3>\n<p>A Kit Crest Printed Water Bottle and a pair of Chevron Sprint Crew Socks make a simple birthday gift for a runner, and you can enter the recipient&#8217;s address at checkout so the parcel goes straight to them, even if they live in Canada and you live in the US. If you are personalising a gift, ask the recipient how they spell their name on kit, and check their usual size against a top they already wear. On the Custom Race Day Running Tee you can add a gift message for the packing slip.</p>\n<h3>Ordering with friends</h3>\n<p>For a charity ride or a club ride day out, each friend can order the Custom Group Ride Cycling Jersey with their own name on back, the same group name on the side panel and their own size. Separate orders, separate addresses, one shared look. If one person in the group orders for everyone, they can place one order per delivery address.</p>\n<h3>Building a matching kit</h3>\n<p>Pair the Chevron Sprint Cycling Jersey with Chevron Sprint Running Shorts and Chevron Sprint Crew Socks, or add a sport cap and a hoodie for the warm-up. Each item has its own price and there is no bundle discount, so you only pay for the pieces you actually want.</p>\n<h2>What we will not do</h2>\n<p>Being clear about limits is part of being trustworthy, so here are ours.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>We will not invent claims about fabric performance. Product pages list the fabric and care details; if you want to know more, ask us.</li>\n<li>We will not publish fake reviews, star ratings or countdown timers.</li>\n<li>We will not promise a delivery date we cannot control. We give the processing and transit ranges and help if a parcel runs late.</li>\n<li>We will not print real team, club, race, brand or rider names or logos, even on request.</li>\n<li>We will not ask for card details or passwords by email. Payment is handled only at checkout, where the methods shown are the ones available.</li>\n<li>We do not collect sales tax at checkout, so we do not describe prices as tax-inclusive. For orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand, any import duties or taxes depend on the destination country.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Where to go next</h2>\n<p>Browse everything in the <a href=\"/shop/\">shop</a>, or start with the collection that fits your next ride or run. Common questions about sizing, personalisation and delivery are answered in the <a href=\"/faqs/\">FAQs</a>, and the <a href=\"/help-center/\">Help Center</a> groups our guides by topic. For anything else, email <a href=\"mailto:support@kitandcrest.shop\">support@kitandcrest.shop</a> or visit <a href=\"/contact-us/\">Contact Us</a>; a person reads every message and replies within 24 hours on business days.</p>\n","visible_characters":11097,"meta_description":"Kit And Crest sells all-over printed cycling and running kit with name, number and crest personalisation, free shipping to US, CA, AU, NZ and 60-day returns.","parent":null,"published_at":"2026-11-01T14:44:05+00:00","updated_at":"2026-11-01T14:44:05+00:00"}}
